I would not recommend David Shi from West Perth legal based on our recent experience. The outcome of the situation is not what I am complaining about, but I am quite disappointed in the service, overall mediocre advice given, and several other aspects throughout our case. I understand professionalism in the industry, however I found David’s approach very clinical. Whilst David was upfront with his costs, in the end it was evident it became all about money, with some costs and charges unbelievably expensive. We didn’t change lawyers due to time, further costs and the situation however if I was given the chance I would have. I would not recommend West Perth Legal on any level.

Apparently these guys operate in a vacuum with no knowledge of their field nor of any other lawyers in their field.I had rung to enquire if they knew of a (per their website) commercial/ tenancy/breach of contract cross jurisdictional -Magistrate's -District -Supreme lawyer. While David was kind enough to return the call, he flat out denied knowing of such a lawyer, or others in his own field which after all is advertised as just this, and did not even who to ask, he said. (Suggesting Google)I was a water engineer of moderate standing yet I knew all the decent ones in Australia and many, many internationally. No matter what question or problem was posed anywhere in the field of water engineering -at least as large as the field of law - I knew who to turn to for answers. Its worrying that the head of a commercial tenancy/lease litigation company is, by his own admission, clueless.
